New and Leaving Customer Count and Sales

Data ia shown below. Please let me know how to attach/send over the pbix workbook.

The data is month over month. There is Sales and Redemptions.

Assets for one month = Assets from Previous Month + Sales - Redemptions.

I am trying to do some metrics around New and Leaving customers.

1) Find out the new sales/customers for each month - I used the New Quick Measure 'Sales from New Customers'. It works well to get the Sales and Count of new customers each month. I am able to do cumulative count and the count total.

Unable to do;

    a) The Total for each year for new Sales is wrong. It shows the total for all Sales in the year.

    b) I need a way to do cumulative New Sales total for each year.

    c) For 2019 I am seeing Feb - Dec, where as that data is not available.

2) Find out leaving customers Assets and count. I used the New Quick Measure 'Sales from New Customers', by changing MIN to MAX. Here are the issues; 

    a) The Leaving customer Assets and Count is showing in the next month, not in the month it left.

    b) The Leaving Assets total for the year is wrong.

    c) The Leaving Assets cumulative total is wrong.

    d) For 2019 I am seeing Feb - Dec, where as that data is not available.

Would love to know if DAX can be used. Any help on this is appreciated.
