New Measure

Hi there. I am trying to update a column in my PBI (SLA KPI) to have multiple conditions based off the "Work Queue Short" Name (At Risk, Compliant, & Ready) and SLA Age (# of days), but I am having troubles would somebody be able to help me?

Current IF Formula:

SLA KPI = IF('Appeals SLA Queue'[SLA Age] > 1, "Fail","Pass")

New IF formula needs to say this:
  1.       At Risk (queue short name) less than 1 day is a Pass, greater than 1 day is a Fail
  2.       Compliant (queue short name) <=5 is a Pass, greater than 5 days is a Fail
  3. Logic Example:
    1. If queue name starts with At Risk AND SLA Age is < 1 Then Pass Else Fail
    2. If queue name starts with Compliant or Ready and SLA Age is <= 5 Then Pass Else Fail

Would anybody be able to help me write this DAX formula?

Try your new one with a switch function instead of If.

Switch ( true(), 'At risk' < 1. "Pass", "Fail",
'complaint queue short name' <= 5, 'pass' 'fail',
LEFT('complaint queue short name, 7) = "at risk" && 'appeals sla queue [sla age]' <1, 'pass', 'fail',
CONTAINSUBSTRING('complaint queue short name, 'ready') || CONTAINSUBSTRING('complaint queue short name, 'complaint') &&  'appeals sla queue [sla age]' <= 5, 'pass', 'fail',
"Unsure")

Something like this would be my guess, but you'd have to try it and work out if it works and if not, what needs fixing/trying another way
