New Format Pane- Shape Map Color not able to change?

Hi All,

Observed in the latest release Nov'2021 if we are using New format pane functionality with chart shape map,

Found the color change option is not there as like Oct'2021 version.

Anybody able to see the option to change color like Max with some color, min with another color as we have this feature availble in older releases.

Regards,

Rajendra

Hi, @rajendraongole1

Some settings have not yet been deployed to the new format pane. This is a known issue.

Known issues with opt-in preview that will be addressed in December release:

  • The action card for button, image, and shape, responsive toggle, and data limit settings are currently missing.
  • Numeric input may not render input properly for overflowing text.
  • Red borders may appear around some controls when first opening the pane.
  • Scatter chart > category labels are missing a few properties.
  • Some visuals have not been updated with sub-categories, these will be updated in future releases (Azure Maps, Esri Map, Power Automate, Decomp tree).

refer:
Introducing the New Format Pane (Preview)

Try to switch back to the old version.

File > Options and settings > Options > Preview Features > New format pane.

@amitchandak - I have cross checked in New format pane., Data color option is not available checked with Fill color but we will proposed to give one only color at a time. previously we can able to show max,min and center color in data color option. this is missing in new format pane.

May be this feature is not updated in this latest release.
