New Card Visual issue with maintaining displayed cards set in Desktop on Service

Just like the issue Power BI has had with their List Slicers (over two months going now...), the Card (new) visual suddenly today stopped maintaining the displayed card value from PBI Desktop to viewing it in the service online. If you enable set a static value of displayed cards, it only allows 3 or fewer cards (which is not at all useful). Anybody else experiencing this? If so, could someone link me the Report An Issue site please? Microsoft has the least user-friendly support of any company I've ever worked with, and I cannot for the life of me find it. Thanks in advance!

@JustSayJoe , We have only the new card visual now. You might want change some properties like Muti- Card - Layout and Card -> Layout

Thanks for your reply @amitchandak , but that didn't resolve anything. I've got my card layouts set properly, and everything looks good when viewing on PBi Desktop, but when it gets published up to the service, these visuals are not maintaining their settings.

@JustSayJoe , I can see some issues are already logged and on few solutions are also delivered. I saw on one of them solution coming next week
