New Card Visual Not Responding to Cross Filtering

My existing visuals stopped responding to cross filtering. The bug surfaces as soon as I add a reference label.

 

This happens both in Desktop and in the Service.

I managed to create a temporary workaround by adding "IF(ISBLANK" in the measure: 

"...

RETURN
IF(ISBLANK(Result),0,Result) 

"
