New Card Visual Issues: customization for cards not showing up
I met this issue of the setting is not correctly showing up for me with new card visual. So I have 3 kpi cards, and everything works just fine. But only when I tried to add another reference label for my second callout value, the customization tab just suddenly disappeared, as shown in the screenshot below here.
So you see I did select my card, but on the right I only see setting for general not for specific customization. I tried to close and reopen the whole file, the issue still exists. Does anyone have similar issue, is it a pbi bug? Thank you very much!

aria233 Do you have the On-object formatting preview feature active? You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
