New Calculations

I'm encountering an issue and need your support. Whenever I utilize new visual calculations and publish my dashboard to the web, any tables or charts containing these new calculations fail to work properly and give me this error: "Couldn't load the data for this visual.". Can anyone assist me with this?

this error happened because I used a new calculation moving average and Percent of the Total
