To my right is a visualization that is working properly. No filters have been selected. This is a list of projects broken into subcategories (the purple, blue, yellow, and gray colors) and each of these are sorted by the number of hours spent on each project. |
Then a filter is selected...
Now I have filtered my visualization, and the sort immediately is no longer in descending order by project subcategory. I want the purple bars to be sorted from most to least, then the blue bars to be sorted from most to least, etc. like above. |
I have attempted to use the Calculate() feature but it only seems to allow Booleans whereas I have multiple options in my filters. How can I do a nested sort? Thank you very much!
I would try with a RankX measure , put that in the tooltips, and then sort by it.
