Nested IF AND Statements

Hi All,   I have what seems to be a very simple formula that doesn't seem to be working.   All I want to do is return the workstream DRI Email where the workstream DRI Email = USERPRINCIPLENAME()...

Yes I had tried it without the && but no luck unfortunately.

    But have you tried if the condition is ever met? I mean, with a silly example:

    Var User_ = USERPRINCIPALNAME()

RETURN
IF(
    SELECTEDVALUE(Data[Workstream DRI Email]) = User_,
    1,
    0
)

      mlsx4 , yes I have. I just can't figure out why it returns data for both IF statements
