Negative value aren't supported and...abs value?

Dear All,

i'm doing a treemap, and i would like the negative values to be displayed as abs values, while at the moment i have them displayed as zero. How can i do? please notice that the field does not come from a measure, is a field on my excel database.

@mircogia Treemap doesn't support negative values, so if you need to see the negative values, you may need a different visual.

Another thought I had was the do the measure as I showed, but then add a calculated column to categorize them as negative or positive.  Then have a treemap that way, like this:

neg treemap.JPG

The calculated column is fairly straightforward:

Positive or Negative = if(NegTreemap[Value]>=0,"Positive","Negative")

Hi @mircogia ,

I'd suggest that you create a measure based on the column that is coming from excel to transform the data. Maybe this would work?

 Measure =
ABS ( SUM ( Table[Value] ) )
