I'm trying to have parantheses when negative numbers appear in my table matrix. I know when using "Currency" format this happens automatically. However I am using decimal number format and wondering how to toggle this feature on.
Thanks

To do this enter this format in the Format string area on the Ribbon. Just select the column/measure and type it in, then hit Enter.

If you go to 'Format' section (paint roller), you can choose custom Format then choose a predefined format or make your own. I think the 'brackets round negative numbers' is already an option in there.
I see under format section the paint roller many features but none that fit what I'm looking for. Do you know the specific drop down name.
Apologies, it's in the Model view (where you set relationships)-> In the Properties section.-> Formatting-> select Decimal number then Custom and choose a custom format or enter your own
