Need to only show the current hover when clustered bar chart is used as a tool tip

I'm trying to see if its possible to only show the dots for the hovers I'm on, when I use a clustered bar chart as a tool tip, hopefully the below attached pics will help. is this achievable? Please and thank you

I donot want to see these or viceversa if I'm looking at Fcst and Act bars.

This might be related to the position of the mouse cursor.  I assume you have a clustered column chart with a legend? You could consider using three independent measures instead.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue.
