Need to get Store ID from another Table

Hi

 

I have a report with 2 tables. One of these is an imported Spreadsheet that gets saved over (in Sharepoint) every 1st of month. The spreadsheet holds information about current registered stores detailing theit trading name only.  The other table has all stores Trading name etc and Store ID.

Im trying to get my report to show the correct number of stores as per spreadsheet but the spreadsheet does not have the ID number (its blank). When I try to create a relationship - it gives many to many and gives incorrect store numbers.  Can anyone help me get the figure correct? Is there a way to put the ID into the imported table from Sharepoint or is there another way? TIA

    Hi, 

     

    Could you not just make the relationship between Trading name in the one table to Trading name in the other? Could you give 2 quick example tables maybe?
