i'm new to powerbi, Please help me to create new table from raw data like below as i explainned in screenshot

create an Excel that contains the sample data from the above screenshot, upload the Excel file to onedrive or dropbox and share the link. This will allow people who want to provide guidance on how to tackle your challenge to easily re-create the data needed.
