Need to create hyperlink in power bi

Hi Guys,

 

I have a question. If I want to show ID in that field but it actually includes the url, for example when I click ID 251 it will go to https://support.consist.co.il/SREdit.jsp?id=251&fromId=IncidentsList

 

Is it possible that it will be in the same field?
Or do I need to add a new field?
