Need to change the color of increase to red

Hello 

I am using Zebra Bi Free version and trying to plot a variance graph as below. But I need to color the increase to Red and decrease to Green but the Increase should have the number on delta as +# and decrase should have the number on delta as -#. can someone help me in arraving at this. TIA.
