Need to calculate out the tasks which all the sub tasks had been completed.

I'm pretty sure you can use a regular table with the Task and Status (Summarised by Max), which will return Incomplete if that exists among the sub-tasks (since alphabetically, Incomplete is after Complete). You can then apply a simple filter on the visual to only include complete tasks.
