Need to Predict maintenance date
I need to find the predicted date on which the machine/equipment will go under maintenance.
I have below plant hour table. Here the equipment (foremost) has interval of 250 hours. Daily there is a manual entry of machine hours in the hours column. We need to find the date on which it will complete 250 hours (we assume daily 10 hrs working of machine but it way be up down)
The below table is service intervals where there is range given
I need to create a table which will predict proposed maintenance date as per service interval.
Equipment ID | Equipment Name | Service Interval | Proposed Date |
1 | Foremost Explorer III | 5000 | 13/12/2022 |
1 | Foremost Explorer III | 5250 | 5/1/2022 |
2 | PZ8 Mud Pump | 37250 | 11/12/2022 |
2 | PZ8 Mud Pump | 37500 | 21/1/2023 |
We i assume a fixed number of hours per day the machine will run than it is very easy to calculate. But I am finding it difficult when the fixed number of hours on a given day the equipment will run are not known. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You may consider using rolling average machine run times to reduce these errors.Best Regards,
