Need to Filter my Matrix Data based on Measure Values
Hi everyone,
I have a matrix visual populated with data as given below:
Tenure in Months is a calculated column:
Tenure in Months = 'All Postings'[Tenure]*12
While %age is a measure:
%age of Tenure in Months =
VAR CurrentTotalTenure = CALCULATE(
[Total Tenure],
ALLSELECTED('All Postings'[Batch])
)
VAR AllTotalTenure = CALCULATE(
[Total Tenure],
all('All Postings'[Post Type])
)
VAR Ratio = DIVIDE(CurrentTotalTenure,AllTotalTenure)
RETURN Ratio
I need help on following please:
1. I want to add a filter mechanism, whereby I can filter those rows having 100%, > 80% or <80% value under %age column for different Post Types.
2. I want to count number of employees having 100% tenure in any of the Post Types.
Looking for a timely response please.
Regards

arshadjehan1 In general, to use a measure in that way, you need to use the Disconnected Table Trick as this article demonstrates: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Solving-Attendance-with-the-Disconnected-Table-Trick/ba-p/279563
