Need someone to create report

Hello community, need to create a report to compare current sales vs last year sales data. price development per item, per customer and break-down slides / charts per year. would say PowerBi Basics but i'm not able to make it on my own.

you're going to see in the file

 

1 = price of item in USD per piece

2 = price of item previous year USD per piece

3 = price difference between 1 and 2 times total quantity for actuall year 

4 = total sum of savings / increase dont much (correct value 5441,00 - incorrect sum 7019,50)
