Need some help with power BI matrix

Hi 

I'm trying to replicate this excel structure in power BI matrix. This is a matrix where the blue fields changes depending on a calendar filter 

So far i have done this in power BI

But i am struggling addind the measure "C.Zone" to the left side of the matrix in the row section, also with the "Pareto" measure that is in the excel table. Any ideas of how to acomplish this, or any alternative visual element that could help?
