Need only newly listed value in a column

Hi Team,

I am maintaining a Sales team dashboard.

My Query - Yesterday((12th November) i have 14(for reference)  Sales rep in the list who has done sales, today i refresh the same list i have 16 Sales rep. There are 2 new rep who has done sale today(13th November). So I need the list of people who has included in the list.

Please note - Those Sales rep who has done Sales on or before 12th Nov might have done the business on 13th Nov, but i need only the list of people who has newly entered in the list.

Please help on me on this scenerio.
