Need help
One table has unique value and other table has multiple dates for the unique value how to bring the multiple value to one coloumn in a new table

I am going to do my best to explain the data and situation with sampple.
This is what i have , Two tables.
Table 1 is my BASE table and table 2 can be considered my result table.
One problem is table 1 doesnot have any date coloumn.
The relation between table 1 and table 2 is created.
I want to create a visual where all equipment numbers exist all 1324 weather they have a work date or not.
I created a sample visual below that I want. I have tried creating a new summarize table from table 2 but every time I use a month filter it filters out the equipment numbers from table 1 that have no work date.
