Need help with working hour calculation

Hi ,
I need help with working hour calculation. I have ticket data and open and close time of tickets. All the times are in UTC. I have to calculate the business hour based on the location. Basically I would like to calculate how many business hour it took for the ticket.

I have attached the sample data could you please help me with this.

    Your sample data is missing the indication of the business hours for each location.
