Need help with the matrix

I have a matrix table which shows Surgeon name, Surgeon NPI, VP, AD, Sales Rep and it looks as shown below-

But I want to see the NPI next to the surgeon name and the AD, VP, Sales rep in the drill down,

The NPI should appear as shown in the above image but the other fields like vp, ad, sales rep to be shown in drill down. Is there a way to do the same.

Check if stepped layout- off can help , save with one level expended

Hi @amitchandak , I just want the matrix to show Surgeon and NPI in non stepped layout but AD, VP, Sales rep in stepped layout for Surgeon name.

Basically it would be 2 rows ie.,Surgeon name and NPI as 2 different columns and AD, VP, Sales rep as a drill down with Surgeon name.
