Hello all,
I have been using the Microsoft's Sankey Chart for a while now, but a new request from my client is to add addional tooltip information like percentage of previous node etc. Since there is no tooltip option in the format pane, is there any other way/workaround for this?
Also, when applying a filter the nodes are re-rendered randomly, can this be addressed? for example to lock the nodes in certain places and filter only makes the nodes bigger, smaller or invisible (depending on their weights)?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi @Anonymous
maybe report tooltip pages would be a good solution for you: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-tooltips

hi @az38
Thanks for the suggestion but the chart does not support tooltip customization at all. It only provides a default tooltip.
There is no tooltip option in format pane or under Fields pane.
hi @Anonymous
Looks like Sankey Chart haven't made the tooltip optional in the visual, as per your observations - I would suggest adding a feature request or requesting support over here:

Lin
