    Hi acretney,

     

    If your datasource is like the screenshot, you can add a calculated column to get summary value based on same project and milestone:

    Proj/Milestone= 
CALCULATE(SUM(Table[VALUE]),Table[Project]=Earler(Table[Project]),Table[Milestone]=Earler(Table[Milestone]),ALLSELECT(Table))
