Need help with calculations

I am new to this and have yet to grasp how to use it after numerous tutorialls. Can someone please assit me with getting some data?

 

Need:

Total  courses completed by manager

Total  courses completed by region

Total  courses completed by role

Total  courses completed

 

My fields

Manager Employee ID
Manager Full Name
Employee ID
Full Name
Job Title
Course Title
Course Activity Status
Course Target Date
Course Assigned On
Organization Name
Location Name
Completed On Date

    Hi ggomes,

     

    Can you share a sample of your data?

    1. Which field determines if the course is completed?

    2. These visuals could be easy to create. For example: Total courses completed by manager.

    A table visual like below.

    Manager Full Name        count Of Course Title
