Need help with a date measure please

Hi, if I want to get a count of the days with no Date Completed date between 03/06/2024 and 01/09/2024, what would that look like? I want a card to show the number 2 please. Customer Number ...

Kedar_Pande yeah the date range is already set, no need for the slicer.
