Need help with Tooltip Formatting

Hi,
In the screenshot below, you can see 2 fields - Actual and Budget. I would like to apply the same formatting of Budget to Actual.
In budget, I am getting a comma separator and 2 decimal places.
This I have to do only in the tooltip without affecting the line chart.
Can somebody pls help with the ask.

@rohit1992 , You should be able do that using the column/measure tool
