Need help with Pakistan districts (updated)

I am working on spatial analysis and for that I need updated file of the districts of Pakistan. In 2019, some of the districts were split into two regions, and I cannot locate them in updated file.

Example "Duki", and "Shaheed Sikandarabad" are the two new districts of Balochistan province and their details are missing in every file I have searched online. 

Can someone please help me out I need an updated JSON file and csv file for the project.

Pls refer the following article,it tells about districts of Pakistan Information,and i found the two new areas could be found in the web link,you could check if it is what you want,Also it is not presented in a table, you can copy it into a table and then use.
