Need help with Gantt Chart Report Theme

I want to change the background of category lablels in Gantt chart using report theme. Can anyone please help me how can I do this?

      v-chuncz-msft  thank you for your reply. I tried using tags from source code/capabilities.json for report theme, but it does not work. can you please help? please find the screenshot below:
