    got a solution Using UNPIVOT at powerquery added the colum and merge them for each category, Staying Leaving etc.

the suggested method will transform financial measure (i.e. Volume, revenue and cost) to rows but the distributory category will remain as it is (i.e. Staying, leaving, OTHERS)
