Thank you for your kind revert. I'm not facing issues as such. I want to know basically if I'm on the right track and the aim to create a dashboard of all key training metrics.

I wish to share the excel sheet I'm using and would like you to refer to each tab for the metrics I'm looking and would like it on a simple Dashboard on BI. How can I share it, please?

You can share the Power BI file which will be in the .pbix format and the excel file to online storage services such as OneDrive or Dropbox. Then you can share the link here.
