Need help to create a matrix table

Hi All

Need help in creating below table in Power BI as a matrix table.

1. Past months count should be filled with Green color. Previous month in Yellow color(i.e September month in yellow color).

2. Where it is written as build completed to be filled with green color

3. Project on hold to be marked as grey color.

can u check if you can access the sample data.

What I meant was that we need a sample of the actual data in your tables (not the structure of the final matrix) so that we can build the matrix based on the structure you have

thats the input am having and i want to convert same to Power BI. The input file is also in same structure
