Need help related to Refresh Button with power automate

Hi, I have a report which has a refresh button with power automate and all the users has access to it. The button can be used 48 times per day with premium account, now I have the following questions -

1. Is it possible to show how many times the report was refreshed/button was clicked that day so the users can see how many refreshes are left for that day?

2. Is it possible to show which user used the refresh button last time?

3. After clicking the refresh button, the user needs to refresh the web page to see the update. Is there any way to see the updated report without refreshing the web page.

Also, are there any better solution for refresh button? Thank you.

Here are my understand for your question:
(1)Is it possible to show how many times the report was refreshed/button was clicked that day so the users can see how many refreshes are left for that day?

In Power BI, I haven't found a way to directly display the number of refreshes and the number of remaining times. After obtaining the refresh record, we can use the REST API to query:

Based on my query and research, there's seems to have some features published to limit the maximum times for a flow triggerring in a day, you may turn to the Power Automate community to get the more detailed help for this requirement. As I queried in the community, there are cases talking about this issue:

(2)Is it possible to show which user used the refresh button last time?

At present, I have not found a direct way to implement this in Power BI. You can ask Power Automate if it can get the user information that triggered the flow last time for display?

And just now, i just find show the last refresh time in Power BI report:

(3)After clicking the refresh button, the user needs to refresh the web page to see the update. Is there any way to see the updated report without refreshing the web page.

It seems the only provided feature for this requirement is to use Automatic page refresh in Power BI, please refer to this documentation:
