Need help on world map visual to display labels on map

How can we display the Avergae of CL- associate & Average of CL-Manager(Total Value highlighted in below screenshot) as a label on world map?

Currently, I am able to display the table using tooltip but how can we display it as label?

@VijayP - I tried the same steps as per the above link but i am unable to display the value of average with below measure :

NewCountry = UserJobDescription[Country] & " : " & CALCULATE(AVERAGE(UserJobDescription[AvgCurrentLevelbyManager]), ALLEXCEPT(UserJobDescription,UserJobDescription[AvgCurrentLevelbyManager]))

By changing the measure as below :

NewCountry = UserJobDescription[Country] & " : " & CALCULATE(AVERAGE(UserJobDescription[Avg]), ALLEXCEPT(UserJobDescription,UserJobDescription[AvgCurrentLevelbyManager])) does not display label on map but displays value in table.

How can i fix this?
