Need help on visualisation

Hi 

Input format tab is source file and I want that tab to be converted to requirement tab in power BI. I want to replicate the same format in requirement in power bi dashboard using input tab content.

(Please share your mail ID and I will send the excel file that contains input and requirement tab.)

Kindly give me step by step process.
