Need help on setting date filter for plan and actual data

Hi guys. I need your help. I have a data for plan actual amounts. Plan data is available for the whole year but actual is until March. I created the chart and when all months selected it shows as below:

However, when I selected only specific month lets say February. It shows data only for February:

But what I need is when month selected it should show bars within that year till selected month and plan for the whole year as below:

Please share your ideas or suggestions.

Create a disconected date table and replace the fileds in the year and month slicers with the fields from diconnected date table. And the visual will not react to the selections in the slicer. Now modify your measures as per your requirement. For example, for actual your follow a pattern like below

ActualMeasure = IF(MAX('Calendar'[Date]) <= MAX(CalendarDisconnected[Date]), SUM(Main[actual]))
