Need help on creating DAX formula in arriving the % To Go

Hi, Again Experts,

I'd like to ask your undying support with my PBI desktop.  I only drag and drop the payout percentage to the fields view. My question is I want to get the % To Go to the annual target.

Could you please check my queries. I'll attach the desktop and kindly check on the second tab description 'Payment" YTD COMMISSION PAYMENT VS FY TARGET INCENTIVE. I have a formula in the annual incentive query that is not working. Wanted to show up the % to go to the annual target. Maybe my relationship is not right?

 Where should I attach the PBIX file? Can I share thru google shared drive?

Please advise.

You have to share the URL to the file hosted elsewhere: Dropbox, Onedrive, GoogleDrive... or just upload the file to a site like tinyupload.com (no sign-up required).
