Need help in writing DAX

I have input(Base Data) and output (Output Desired) as shown on attached image, that i need to show in power bi metrix as it is showing in image. Please help!       Source File

Thanks Ashish_Mathur , this is what i want.

I have also tried though some dax download my work Link,but yours output is 100% fit to me.
