Need help in visual ?

Hi ,

 

I have a requirement where I need to show the measures like below with a Column Name Project Tracking

 

 

I have used the matrix but I get the result like below:

How to get the Columns Project Tracking , in the left of matrix ?

    typically the rows and columns of a visual are from the datatable directly.

      % Claim to date , % Cost to date - they are measures
