Need help in making a visual

Hello, I need help in making a visual.

I need to show a visual like below.

I have a table with dates column and sales column. What I need is to get the sum per month and if I filter one month in the report, it would reflect a delta between the selected month and that 12 months prior. Example is if I select June 2024 in the slicer, the delta in the visual will be June 2024 sales minus June 2023 sales. If the delta is positive, a green upward icon will show (like in the visual above) and if the delta is negative, a red downward icon.
