Need help in creating a function (DAX or Power query) for a Report.

I am tying to find bottom two. It can be dax or power query functions in Columns that'tells if it true /false for 1 and 2 below
1) top 10 column1 values regading to each month and highest price, should contain all values from column B with respect to column1 ( So for ABC , if row price is in top 10 in month JAN column2 with have 123 and 234)
2) out of above result I need to find value in column2 which has highest price with repect to each column1 (So for ABC column2 will be 123)

Column1    Column2         Price        Month

Abc             123               $2343         jan

bcd              234              $1232         jan

abc              234              $2000         Feb

abc              234              $2100         Jan

cde              345              $5000         Jan

cde              345              $2300         Jan

@g_js your requirement is not at all clear to me. What is column A?? What you are trying to achieve? Can you provide more detailed information with the expected output?
