Need help in Power BI Gateway

Hi everyonre, i need to schedule update 10 dashboards which are published on 10 users in one department of my organisation. How should i utilise and configure the Power BI Gateway?
furthermore, where i will have to install gateway and will i need to make a cluster and can the users shutdown there machines when there work is done or they all will have to keep there machines up in order to keep power bi running?

You have to install gateway where the source data is residing. Also, that machine needs to be active.
