Need help in POwer BI Project

Hi, I am working on a project to take data from a folder on a server in the form of an excel file and then to prepare a report and it will be embedded on a web page where each client will see their own data (RLS) I also some basic questions.  

 

1. How many PRO  license will be required to implement the project? How to take a PRO license?

 

2. Can someone help me with steps how implement this project with low code options?

 

People interested to help me please provide some communication ID so that I can contact them ask some questions in the future.

    ash123 - So, you will want to use Power BI Desktop or a dataflow to import your data from your folder. You could then create your report page(s) in Desktop and implement your RLS rules and then Publish to the Service. Clients can access the report in a web page within the Power BI Service. You have two options with regard to licensing.

     

    If you go the Pro license route, you will need a Pro license for each client as well as yourself. The alternative is to go with Power BI Premium or Embedded. For those, you would only need a single Pro license but you pay for capacity.
