Need help for Power Bi desktop table visual

Hi, 

I have one report on which I have one table visual, in this visual I have added one column as Index column, There are some filters on report, so, when any filter is applied, serial number column not showing row number in sequence. but when no applying any filter, then row number sequence showing properly. can you suggest.

Hello @Anonymous ,

Yes, because the index number is assigned  for each row, so when you use the filters it will filter the table to show specific rows that matches the filter thus it will show the assigned index for this row and will not recalculate the index.
