Hello Power BI Community,
I am looking to find employees who are present between dates that are referenced on two different tables. Names of employees are listed on both of these tables. The dates at which these employees were hired and let go are on one table "Employee Table" and the date of which they are attending certain trainings are listed on a different table "Event Table". I basically need to have something along the lines of "Date Hired <= Event Date <= Date Let Go" and then list which employees were currently hired at the time of the training and also a count of those employees. Tables are not connected, I tried to connect them with a Date Table but I do not know if I am supposed to connect the "Date" on the Date Table to the "Event Date" on the Event Tables and "Date Hired"/"Date Let Go" on the Employees Table. I do not know if they need to be connected at all, I am not sure. I am puzzled and have been unable to move forward in a project. Please help, thank you.
