Need help filtering two tables

Hi. I have two HR datasets, one for recruitment and one for resigns. I want to create visuals showing how many recruitment and resignation happen filtering by month and by branch. Currently, I filter by month or by branch seperately it works fine. But if I put on both filter by selecting only specific month and branch, it doesn't work. I suspect I'm missing something in the relations.
Please kindly help.
