Need help creating a visual (OTH)

Hello,

I am trying to recreate the Power Point visual below in Power BI.

The Green color represents the "Shift Types" that fall in the "Target Range".

The Red color represents the  "Shift Types" that fall below the "Target Range".

I'll probably need to have a color for "Shift Type" that falls over "Target Range".

Does anyone know how I can recreate this visual is Power BI?

For example, which Visualization should be used?  Do I need to "Get more visuals"?

The screenshot is what I am trying to mimic or at least something similar

Do you know why my images disappear after sending out my question?

@jonnyA Seems like you would create a measure to return 2, 1, 0 for the different conditions and use that in a Background conditional formatting. Other than that, not enough information to be more specific.

Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
